Rules & Regulations
| 1 | Participants hereby agree that they are bound to follow all the Traffic and Road Safety Rules & the club shall not be responsible for any damage and penalty/fine caused accidentally or otherwise by Non Adherence of any Traffic Rules by the participants of the Treasure Hunt competition organised by Rotaract Club of Jamnagar. |
| 2 | All participants shall have to remain present at 7 am sharp at RDMC Hall, JMC Compound, Near Fire Station, Jamnagar. |
| 3 | It is compulsory for both the Team Members to stay together during the Hunt and are encouraged to work together to solve the clues. |
| 4 | Each Team must have atleast one Licensed Driver with a Valid Driving License |
| 5 | Cheating, Stealing, Sabotaging and Breaking any rules or law will result in automatic disqualification from this competition. |
| 6 | Decisions of the Judges and the Managing Committee shall be final and binding on all. |
| 7 | Rules & Regulations of the Treasure Hunt will be informed to every participants at the venue before the start of the event. |
| 8 | Languages used for the clues will be English, Gujarati and/or Hindi. |
| 9 | Participants will have to carry their own Pens, Water (Bottles), Clipboard, Carry Bags, Vehicles etc. |
Important Note: Keep the payment receipt with you during the whole event. (softcopy is also fine)
