Rangoli, Diya & Aarti Thali Competition – Rotaract Club of Jamnagar

Rules & Regulations

1	Maximum of 2 members shall be allowed per team.
2	There are limited slots only, so register at the earliest.
3	Size of Rangoli should not exceed the allocated 4 x 4 ft space.
4	Time limit : 3 hours. Extra time will not be given to any team.
5	Participants need to bring their own material for Rangoli making and can use any kind of materials except for paints, liquids or inflammable materials.
6	Carry your own refreshments.
7	Preference will be given to creativity, concept, presentation, and cleanliness.
8	Use of any readymade template, reference material, and electronic devices are strictly prohibited.
9	Any act of indiscipline by participant or team calls for disqualification.
10	Decision of Judges & Organizers shall be final & binding to all.
11	Event will start at 04:00 P.M.

1	Participants have to record a video of decoration of the Thali. It should include complete process i.e. from plain thali upto decoration. The video should be in time-lapse mode and shouldn’t exceed 90 seconds. Video should not reveal the identitiy of the participant i.e. it should not contain your face, your name, your brand, your logo, any sort of watermarks etc.

5	All thalis are at the participants’ risk throughout the viewing of the exhibition and if not collected at the stated time.

P.S.: You have to prepare your Arti Thali at home, We will only be displaying for Judges and audience.
